Our Drink Mix contains a lactose free whey protein isolate. This means we filter out the lactose in our milk to create a lower sugar, higher protein product.

How many ounces of water or milk do I use with the Mix Stick?
We suggest using 8-10 oz of water or milk with each Mix Stick for best results.
What’s the best way to mix the Sticks?
We recommend using an electric hand mixer (we offer one FREE with a subscription to our Starter Kit), a blender bottle, or a blender for best results. Note: It will NOT blend by stirring with a spoon!
Can I buy the Drink Mix as a one time purchase, or is it subscription only?
