How can I cancel my subscription?

Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.” You will then be able to select “Cancel Subscription,” or feel free to send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!

How can I pause my subscription?

Login to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions.” You will then be able to select “Pause Subscription.”. If you are still having issues please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!

My subscription is paused. How do I reactivate it?

Login to your account and select "Activate Subscription" or send us an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!

How can I update my payment information?

Login to your account. Click “Billing”  → “Edit" and you will be able to add a new payment method to your account.

How do I skip my next order?

Login to your account and select “Next Order.” You will have the ability to select “Send now,” “Skip,” or “Delay date.”. If you are still having issues please send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!
